“This is a wonderful and quiet location on the water. We enjoyed beautiful views from every room in the home and found the patio to be our favorite spot for morning coffee and afternoon relaxing. We saw a Bald Eagle on our first morning! Very nice kitchen, fully stocked with everything you need to cook. Bathrooms nicely updated. Centrally located to downtown, several walking paths. We had very relaxing several days with best friends! Zing sent several messages during our stay to let us know she was available for any questions.”

“The view is gorgeous and we really liked the layout of the house. We had some issues with the safety and accessibility. None of the large windows have screens on them. Accessing the property if you don’t have a small car is difficult and we did not feel this was adequately explained in the listing. The narrow one lane road to drive on is better compared to a path that others walk and gather on. Turning around is very tricky. We found the queen beds uncomfortable and the furniture to be cheap (and often stained); for the price of the stay it didn’t match. We would not stay here again.”

“Beautiful views from every room. Enjoyed seeing otters and eagles. Nice walk along beach at low tide. Convenient location. Parking was tight even with mid-size SUV (Ford Escape). Able to get cars in garage but door would not close. Overall a great experience in Bainbridge Island.”

“Very mixed feelings about this stay. Location is beautiful. Clear instructions were sent to find the house. However, what wasn't stated was that the home is on a waterfront path that people don't really drive on. Neighbors had chairs/tables set out and were clearly upset about people trying to drive through. Instructions said cars must be less than 7' tall but failed to mention that the garage is too shallow to actually park in. Home is laid out as described. On arrival we found multiple maintenance issues - hair in beds, dirty floors, sharp pieces broken off tables and sticking out, glass railing for the staircase broken and held together with plywood and caution tape. My 4yo cut herself badly on a 3" long metal spike sticking out from a door hinge. We messaged immediately about all these things (with photos); responses were slow and unhelpful. Refunded a very small amount and claimed it was 20% (it wasn't close). Multiple dangerous/maintenance issues which were not taken seriously.”
