“Clean and spacious. Night time is quiet. A lot of board games to play with. Easy drive to the beach and the local town area which has great shops to visit.”

“We initially had a problem with the hot tub. They had someone out the next day to treat the excessive foam with a de foamer. But there was still a lot of green algae or slime along the rim of the tub that was not cleaned. In my estimation, the tub needs to be empty emptied, scrubbed and refilled”

“First, the good: the house pictures matched our expectations for location (8 acres on the beach) and LOTS of windows and light. Avari was responsive to every email. Next, the bad: The screens on all the doors were torn and literally hanging off (not talking small holes but half off the door frame). Something with a LOT of ketchup was spilled on the deck outside the entry door - about a 2 foot area with footprints through it. We cleaned it. The refrigerator door/handles were filthy - had to be cleaned. The pullout cutting board was covered in crumbs and food - had to be cleaned. Windowsills SO dusty. Animal hair on the the carpeted stairs. The windows on the doors were filthy from small hands - had to be cleaned to enjoy the view. We washed ALL the sheets in all three bedrooms after finding long dark hair in the sheets. We documented all of this with photos and Avari said they would notify housekeeping. Lastly, the outcome: Avari contacted the host who refunded $100 back to us.”

“First thing I saw when we entered was a huge spider in the garage, we killed it. The kitchen was clean and they gave us a mini box filled with essentials for the kitchen. The backyard was pretty big but the chairs on the deck had some spider webs and the table was just dirty. The living room was neat and the couches were clean. Bathroom was super super clean, we just sprayed some disinfectant spray around the place. The room filled with 4 beds was clean, just had some stains on the pillows and the extra blankets in the closet had lots of hair and dust. The other 2 rooms with the big bed were clean with a few small stains. One room has a TV and the other doesn’t. The dining room was nice and clean. If you need a vacation this is a nice place to hangout with friends, just bring your own pillows and blankets, towels, and food just to make sure. Overall, the place wasn’t too bad. Everyone slept well and enjoyed it.”
