“The resort has not been well-kept and needs some upgrading. The handicap showers do not have a curtain so water splashed everywhere. When I asked for extra towels, room service just brought a full set of towels which I needed more bath mats. It was an inconvenience the four days we were there. The resort fee was a surprise to me. I don't remember reading about it.”

“Everything was great except the check in process with the concierge harassing us about listening to the time share talk. We politely declined several times but he was persistent. I was told in the future to tell the person who initially checked us in that we don't want to go to the concierge desk and to give us all keys and bracelets at the first check in person.”
