The accommodations were mostly as described. The dishwasher had standing water in the bottom and a smell. The thing that stands out is the hard push upon check-in. We were at the tail end of a weeklong trip and at nearly 10 PM the check in staff was pushing us to attend a meeting about timeshares and it felt really unwelcoming. Apparently I missed that this was part of the cost…lesson learned for sure. Other than that our stay was uneventful.

Great price for what you get, very big. Lots of amenities for kids, plenty to do on property. My only complaints are there is no elevator and the check in process is a bit tedious. It is a timeshare property, which was made clear in the description, so I was expecting a pitch. You get in one line to get your building and room number and then they send you to another line to get your room key, which is a wrist band. The second line is where the pitch starts and they will not give you your keys until they hound you multiple times about coming to a presentation. They were very sneaky about how they try to get you to sign up. They will not use the terms “timeshare” or “vacation club.” They told me as a guest of the owner I was entitled to gifts, all owners get them, and all I had to do was come to a meeting before I checked out to give “feedback on my stay.” Be prepared to stand your ground and for them to get a little snarky as you decline to sign up for the “meeting.”

The first unit was flooded, but they replaced it with another, good amenities, found WiFi with dirty name, so no control on what connection was available. Other than that it was nice.
