“The apartment is in a great location and offers a lot of spacious room. The kitchen was well-stocked with the necessary amenities, and everything in there functioned as expected. ​However, there were a few notable issues. The unit we were given was on a lower floor and was different from the photos in the listing. The carpet in the living area was coming up at the edge with a sharp corner exposed, which was a safety hazard when walking around. The vacuum cleaner was very old and didn't work, and the kitchen knives were extremely dull. Communication with the host was prompt, but they weren't entirely considerate or helpful regarding these concerns. ​It is a nice space, but it needs better maintenance and accurate photos.”

“The one pro about this location was that the communication was awesome. They were quick to respond to all of our questions. First, our visit wasn't bad. We had a difficult time figuring out how to get into the place and the parking garage. It felt a little like an "escape room". I think it would be very difficult for people who are older and less familiar with all the apps. It was a frustrating process after a long day of travel. The apartment was simple and tidy, but dirty. Lots of dust/dirt on baseboards. The carpets and floors felt dirty. There was hair in the both bathrooms-floors, showers and sinks. Shower dripped. There were no "extra" frills, just bare minimums. No rags in kitchen or bathroom. There were limited rolls of cheap toilet paper, very little was available in the kitchen for cooking and warming foods. The dishwasher seemed to not work. No extra garbage bags. We did end up leaving one night early. Somewhat disappointed.”
