“The location of the house to the beach is excellent. The house is in ok condition. There are a lot of things that need to be addressed. Kitchen faucet handle broken and hard to use, the "pillows" on the couches are flat as pancakes and so uncomfortable, high backed bar stools at the kitchen counter are very wobbly so we didn't use them for fear of them breaking, loose outlets in bedroom so plugs fell out, broken door on inside of refrigerator, pool area overgrown with grass in places and the pool area furniture was not great. It looked a little trashy out by the pool, as there were random partially inflated floats, etc., strewn over in the grass and sand, the pool furniture was filthy, uncomfortable and some cushions unusable. The house is a good house, it just really needs some love. We did get ants in the downstairs bedroom after a couple of days but they sent someone out right away to spray so that was great!”

“We enjoyed our stay. Our family was comfortable and had plenty of room. We loved the way the condo was decorated and especially loved the spacious master bathroom. You can see the ocean in the distance, and at night you can hear the crash of the waves from the balcony. We cooked there are couple of times and had everything we needed. We would stay there again. We really liked our stay, but I do want to mention that the master bedroom overlooks a street that has moderate traffic. We didn't hear anything from the bar on the corner but some of the cars leaving were loud and woke us a couple of times. And - what is pretty common with AirBNB's, bring extra toilet paper and additional towels if you like more than 1 per person for the length of your stay.”

“Beautiful older 3 story home. Needs some repairs that we addressed to owners. Quiet, Beautiful Sunrises and Sunsets while drinking coffee in chairs on top porch in am and pm. Loved hot tub!! And kids enjoyed pools (2). Great home for multiple family vacations!! Enjoyed tremendously!!”

“The condo was just as described! Very clean, cozy beds, even had shampoo sets and hand soaps etc! Great location ! We did not use the deck when others were out on theirs because they are right next to each other ( just the way these condos were built) … . And it would be great if there was a table on deck . Every other deck seems to have a much better set up. Ours looked like it was just kind of thrown together with leftover plastic chairs. Also a curtain on the bedroom door leading out to the deck would be nice for privacy. Those would be my only recommendations. Everything else was fantastic. Thank you so much for a great getaway!!”

“Failed to provide toilet paper and left an empty bottle of body wash. Refused to provide toilet paper when I contacted them; they said I needed to purchase my own. Key instructions were incorrect; it was code only but they gave us an actual key that didn’t work the host didn’t even know that when we contacted them. Customer service was horrible. Inside of the unit was clean but the balcony was filthy. I would never recommend VueStay to anyone and I would not stay at a VueStay property again.”
