“overall, I would go back. relaxing was just what the doctor ordered. I love the Barclay.”

“This place is not truly an Airbnb, it is more like a hotel disguised as an Airbnb. We did not know which room we are getting until we get to the front desk. Initially we got the key for room on the 7th floor. After hauling all our luggage there, we saw that the room was not cleaned. This was at 10pm. Then we had to go back to the front desk to ask foe another room, which took another 15 min because the front desk person needed to wait for her manager approval. The space is quite old, very 70s looking. The living room has a whole wall of mirror. The front desk person was friendly but the place is quite dated. Then on check out day, the cleaners knocked on our door at 8:30am while we were still sleeping. Then at 10am sharp, they knocked on the door again reminding us that check out time is at 10am. Even though pool and hot tub are available, the pool area is dirty, towels everywhere, and lots of sand in the hot tub.”

“check in at 5pm was kinda late and check out at 10am was early felt like I had rush out and lost part of my day due to it”

“Room was dirty, bedding had blood or bodily fluids stains. Pull out couch was covered in dirt, hair and crumbs. Floor was sticky. Bathroom had a mildew odor. Pool and hot tub seems to have not been serviced or maintained in a while. Photos were deceiving. Balcony and ocean view was the highlight”
