“We were there for a wrestling tournament and the house was in a great location to the beach and the venue. We cooked all our meals there and the kitchen had all the things we needed to cook for 8 guests every meal. Very clean and responsive host.”

Over the years, we’ve stayed at four of his different properties, and without fail, they are always wonderful, spotlessly clean, incredibly well-stocked, and beautifully decorated. This was our second time, staying at the Serene Sands home and absolutely loved it. The open layout is fantastic, and the spacious backyard was a huge highlight for us. The location is perfect—it’s incredibly close to the beach, yet tucked away on a quiet street, giving you the absolute best of both worlds. If you are looking for a flawless vacation experience, I cannot recommend renting with Dimitri enough. We’re already looking forward to next year!”

“The host was responsive to all messages and flexible with early check-in time. The house was spacious and clean. This home had additional amenities not always available at other places we have stayed, which was a nice surprise. The only suggestion I would have is making a more detailed listing of amenities in the description for thus location. Most items can be seen in photos, but a listing would certainly be helpful.”
