“10/10 recommend!!! Each bedroom had a private bathroom (shower & toilet) which was super convenient for 5 couples with kids. Beach access was SUPER convenient, short walk with private beach access. The pool was great as well considering it had a shallow spot for kids to play in, also had an outdoor shower which was great for rinsing the kiddos off after coming back from the beach. This is our 4th year taking a big trip with the kids and out of the 4, this place was 10/10 absolutely perfect. We brought up booking it again for next year’s trip. The host was very responsive & polite. If I could give 100 star review, I would. If you have a large group, don’t hesitate, this house is the best there is. Thank you so much & we hope to return next year.”

“Exceptional as always! This was our fifth year renting from Dimitri, and once again, he proved why he is an absolute superstar host. Over the years, we’ve stayed at four of his different properties, and without fail, they are always wonderful, spotlessly clean, incredibly well-stocked, and beautifully decorated. This was our second time, staying at the Serene Sands home and absolutely loved it. The open layout is fantastic, and the spacious backyard was a huge highlight for us. The location is perfect—it’s incredibly close to the beach, yet tucked away on a quiet street, giving you the absolute best of both worlds. If you are looking for a flawless vacation experience, I cannot recommend renting with Dimitri enough. We’re already looking forward to next year!”

“We were there for a wrestling tournament and the house was in a great location to the beach and the venue. We cooked all our meals there and the kitchen had all the things we needed to cook for 8 guests every meal. Very clean and responsive host.”

“The host was responsive to all messages and flexible with early check-in time. The house was spacious and clean. This home had additional amenities not always available at other places we have stayed, which was a nice surprise. The only suggestion I would have is making a more detailed listing of amenities in the description for thus location. Most items can be seen in photos, but a listing would certainly be helpful.”
