This stay was a significant disappointment. It was dirty - carpet, pillow had what looked like blood on it, couldn't hardly see out of the windows there were so dirty, balcony was dirty. Old and random and broken furniture. Almost fell back out of the living room chairs, bed was very squeaky, bar stools were not solid. Light bulbs were out. We were only given two small and very cheap rolls of toilet paper for 6 people for 3 days, one load of laundry, no basics in the kitchen. Lamps were broken and / or crooked. It was difficult to find. No views of anything other than other condos. Hard to get to beach from the condo. VERY bad value. Beware. Certainly not worth what we paid for it.

This could be a great place if the owners would actually invest in the repairs that are needed. We could not use the pool or hot tub. No one told us that prior to checkin. The neighbors pool was open. I asked about it on the first day and they said they would get back to me but never did. A toilet was broken, water leaking in kitchen, water damage in bathroom, sink leaking in a different bathroom. One bed had sand in it. Balcony door broken and had a sign not to open it. Umbrella on deck broken. They did send a maintenance person to fix the toilet but it broke again the next morning. They sent housekeeping to change the bed. They need to fix the dishwasher leaks because you can see the water damage on the base boards underneath. They need to address all the issues before renting this place and also communicate if the pool and hot tub can’t be used.

The beds were very uncomfortable. The throw pillows were stained and dirty. Everything covered in dust. Nice that it was close to the beach. This would be a good place for someone looking to be away from everything. Nothing to do for families with kids unless you want to drive.

Me and my friends chose to stay here during a weekend beach getaway, during our stay however, we were told we had to leave the premises based on “suspicious behavior” we were NOT refunded and are still fighting to even get a partial refund due to our stay being cut short. Management has been slow to reach back during this conflict and still continues to beat around the bush of compensating us. I the owner of the reservation was not present during the eviction and was once never contacted about my friends being evicted or any violation that required them to be evicted. The place was nice and we had many plans to use the space to our liking while staying in conduct. It is too bad that our reservation was wrongly stripped of us.

Apartment was beautiful and right at the beach . Was as described. Very clean and comfortable. I was disappointed with the actual building. The whole complex is very badly signed so navigating parking garage and finding the unit was extremely challenging. I can’t imagine how emergency services would find anyone in this building . No signs to show you how to actually get out of the building to get to the beach . A lot of wasted time trying to find where to go .
