“We all gathered here for a family wedding and it was exactly as pictured. We had everything we needed. Loved the fenced in yard for our pets. Very clean house. Location was perfect. Would highly recommend this home.”

“It is a very nice home, but I had met with Sandbridge realty months prior to our stay. I explained that it was for my son's wedding/bridal party and that we would have the rehearsal dinner (bbq) in the grassy area by the pool. When I arrived for my son's wedding I was contacted that they had noticed rental chairs had been delivered. I explained yes, they are for the bbq. They then said it wasn't allowed due to parking restrictions. This was one day prior to the event. They never mentioned this when I went to see the home. It worked out fine since many carpooled. When we checked out I noticed that people were parking all up and down the street to access the beach. If you allow 18 people in a home and were told that there would be a rehearsal dinner, people need to park their cars. This was very upsetting being notified right when I arrived in town for the wedding. Sandbridge Realty and the owners could not understand why I was upset????”

“We enjoyed our stay at Pat and Stacey’s penthouse! We were 10 adults, 2 kids, and 1 infant. Plenty of space to accommodate all of us. Very convenient location - located at the very front of Sandbridge and easy access to the beach. Parking in the garage was pretty tight. We could only fit our small sedan, but the hosts were able to accommodate us and let us park our other two larger vehicles outside the garage. The inside was beautiful and comfortable. Also a plus was the Airbnb was wheelchair accessible! Only cons would be that the microwave seemed to be broken. It was difficult to use and wouldn’t work at times. The fridge also didn’t make much ice and wouldn’t close properly. We had to close it a certain way for it to shut all the way. Other than that, the hosts were responsive. They even let us know when a tech had to come do a battery change on the keypad. (Which was available to do from the outside) We would stay again. Thanks for letting us stay at your home!”

“Nice home for our group of 6 adults and one child. Plenty of space to hang out together. Comfy beds and linens. A few easy improvements would make it 5 star - bedrooms could use darkening shades (mentioned by other reviews) and basic pantry items would be appreciated (salt/pepper, oil, plastic wrap).”
