“All three couples missed the turn off route 15. Suggest mentioning that it's a gravel road in the instructions. Also, we appreciated the option to check in early/check out late, but I wouldn't charge extra for this. Finally, the upstairs bedrooms do get rather warm and the in window AC units run loadly all night. Maybe look into the splint units for a quieter more effective cooling method. All that said, we loved the kitchen and living room spaces. They were perfect for entertaining.”

“We loved the location of this cabin. Very centrally located to everything we wanted to do (Charlottesville/Monticello and Shenandoah National Park). There is a Food Lion and WalMart very close by for quick store runs. The setting was beautiful. We enjoyed daily sightings of deer and a goat that lives close by. The cabin was cozy and rustic with plenty of room for our group of 9. Would definitely recommend!”

The setting is peaceful and quiet, yet you're only about a five-minute drive from stores and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the house. It offered the perfect balance of a relaxing, rustic atmosphere with easy access to everything we needed. We would definitely recommend it to others.”
