“This was my second time staying here, and it was just as enjoyable as the first! I originally visited over the summer for a girls' weekend and liked it so much that I decided to come back with my son for a long weekend. The house is very clean, has tons of space, and is in a great location. While the décor is a little dated, the house is comfortable and has everything you need for a great stay. The deck and beautiful views are definitely a highlight! The host is wonderful, always quick to respond and easy to communicate with. We've really enjoyed our visits and will definitely be back again!”

“For this being the first no kids trip that me and my wife took I can truly say that this place was really nice. Me and my wife had a wonderful time and it was a great getaway up in the mountains. But I will say this the host is well prepared for what mother nature has in store. They responded fast and swiftly when a tree went down blocking our way out of the mountain. They had their people there within an hour and had to tree cleared and less than 25 minutes. Me and my wife both agreed that this place would be perfect for another childless getaway.”

“The cabin was beautiful!!! It was awesome there. The scenery was amazing. It was peaceful and quiet. Everything was inside that we needed. We didn't have to bring blankets or bedding or even towels. Blake messaged before with all the details. He is a very good host. And he checked afterwards to make sure everything met our expectations. We will definitely be going back!!!”

“Our stay was wonderful. Beds are comfortable. Everything you need is provided. Check-in was easy. Clear concise instructions. Our one thought ...it would be nice if you could add one comfy chair to the main living area. Having just the couch as the only seating wasn't ideal. We were away most of each day and primarily were there to sleep and have some breakfast in the morning. So not a big deal...but if you were hanging out all day an additional chair would be a nice addition. Over all a very nice stay. Technically it sleeps six but with the main living space being small.. that may be something to consider. For the two of us we were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.”

“BLakes home was quaint, Quiet, clean, , easy to get to. Instructions were very easy to understand. The scenic views of the river Were absolutely splendid & spectacular. I will definitely go back again.”

“The GPS directions didn’t take us directly to the house but to a main road that wasn’t the exact location where the driveway was so it was a little tricky, but we managed to figure it out. Not sure we would have had an easy time if it was dark out. Maybe use GPS coordinates? We had an issue with a clogged toilet, which was not their fault. We waited about an hour for a resolution and everything worked out fine. The amenities listed a hairdryer, but all three units did not have a hairdryer at all. I asked to borrow one from the neighbors and nobody had one. It also mentions it has lake access, but I’m not so sure that is accurate because the lake is pretty far away from the property and I didn’t see a path. If it was there it wasn’t really obvious and no instructions were available to get there. The unit was clean, but it was dated, but thought it was fine for the price we paid. The beds were very comfortable. The twin bed is actually in the kitchen with a blanket divider”
