“The location is perfect. Getting into the building was odd, had to get the attention of the person at the desk. The lower stars it's due to check out, I lost access to the elevators with the fob before check out time, I still had over an hour before check out. Got trapped in the building, because you have to use a fob to access floors, even to get to the first floor, luckily someone came by, but getting in contact with support was easy, then getting someone local was pretty much non-existent.if that can be fixed, I would consider staying again.”

“We were booked into a room with a broken lock. We went to the front desk multiple times each day to get it fixed. They would politely say We are on it. It never got fixed. This is a major safety concern. Be careful. Zero stars.”

“My experience was disappointing. There was a hidden parking fee that was not clearly disclosed in the house rules, and I was required to provide a card for the fee, which I did not appreciate. Communication was also very poor. It was obvious that I was communicating with an AI system that often did not answer my questions or address my concerns. I requested a pressing iron for two days and called all the numbers provided, but could barely reach anyone. When I finally did, I was told it would be delivered the next day when I check out. The apartment is essentially an empty space in a residential building with very few basic amenities. Even simple things like a place to put your toothbrush or a shower tray for your washcloth and toiletries were missing. For the price, I expected a much more comfortable, well-equipped, and transparent experience. I would not stay here again.”
