We had a good stay at this apartment when our family had a water leak at our house and needed an emergency place to stay. The apartment was clean and centrally located in Reston, walking distance from a lot of restaurants. The one thing we didn’t realize until after we checked in was we had to pay for parking in the building which was a bit of a surprise. Otherwise, everything was as the listing stated.

Overall, the stay was good and the building amenities were a big plus. The conference room access made it easy to work remotely, and the internet was reliable and fast. That said, for a place advertised as luxurious, the apartment itself felt more average than luxury. One issue was the essentials provided (soap, shampoo, detergent, etc.) were only enough for a day or two. When we initially asked for more, we were told to purchase our own, though management later made a one-time exception after we pushed back. Also worth noting parking is not included , they offer it for $15/day, but there is metro parking across the street for about $5/day. Overall, it’s a good place, but for the price point I think the management company, Bluebird, could be less frugal and more customer-service friendly on basic things. At times it came across as unnecessarily cheap, especially for a property marketed as luxurious living.
