“Overall great. Close to the metro. Check-in is smooth. They're on the slow side to respond, and we later found out that parking is extra.”

“Location was great. Front desk security was friendly and helpful. but very poor communication on check-in procedures. We received 2 different check-in packets with 2 different suites and had to call to confirm which one we were staying in. Also no instructions on where to park (also had to call) and finally, we were given key fobs but no instruction on which key fob was for entry into suite and which key was for elevator and building access (different fobs for each activity.) Great location and very clean (bathtub did not drain and kitchen sink faucet stem was very loose.) Also bed mattress very cheap and not very comfortable. Plenty of closet room and storage. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cutlery. Great views from living room. Excellent gym facilities.”

“Reading the prior reviews regarding parking being difficult, I was prepared for that and it is true. Apparently, the evening front desk security had only been there two days so he had no information to offer. A little problem solving and I was able to figure it out. I was also prepared for the lack of amenities. I suppose the biggest would be the coffee maker and they only gave one pack of regular coffee and two decaf. No filter and the coffee built in one was the worst. A quick upgrade to a small kuerig would be amazing. Some of the blinds need to be replaced and one of the stools is broken and I was sure my 80 year old dad was going to fall off but he didn’t. Everything else was good.”
