“DO NOT STAY HERE! Short Answer: They're a minuscule team in NJ with 700+ properties and ZERO onsite ability to assist with emergencies. This had consequences to the point I had to get a refund and leave. Offered more refund to delete this review. Long Answer: 1.) The "team" sends dismissive AI-text that contains some apology and "I am in contact with the maintenance team", asking to wait. 2.) No WiFi upon arrival. Tech came after some days and said nobody paid for WiFi (validates other bad reviewer). Tech said the account was under fake name, "A". 3.) Was told someone would get batteries when the door lock was low. Nobody came. They'd lied and admitted I had to go buy batteries when nearly locked out later. No onsite or nearby person. 4.) AC broke 5 days during dangerous extreme heat hazard warning. No fix. No alternative housing. Dismissive messages. Got a hotel. AC was fixed by the apartment complex (who I emailed). Host had no idea for over a day when they asked me if it was.”

“I cannot recommend this property. During my stay there were ongoing internet issues, a lock malfunction that affected my sense of security, broken furniture, and multiple instances of poor communication. Several individuals arrived unannounced regarding maintenance concerns, often without clear identification or scheduling. Different members of the host team frequently provided conflicting information, making it difficult to know who was responsible for resolving issues. Airbnb Support was contacted yet most concerns remained unresolved or were addressed very late in my stay. Solo travelers, families, and guests working remotely should consider these issues carefully before booking. I have stayed in many short-term rentals and understand that problems can happen. What matters is how those problems are handled. Unfortunately, that was the area where this experience fell short.”

“Our experience was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The building was hard to locate and the area felt unsafe. The lobby smelled strongly of urine, and there was even feces smeared on the floor. Things only got worse from there. The host provided the wrong access code, leaving us stranded in the hallway with our luggage for over an hour while unsuccessfully trying to contact them. Airbnb support had to get involved before we could finally enter the unit. Once inside, it was clear the listing was severely misrepresented. The apartment looked nothing like the photos and had obviously not been cleaned before our arrival. There were dirty used linens piled on the beds, dirty towels hanging up, trash throughout the apartment, and insects in the kitchen. We even saw a roach crawl across the den floor. There were bug traps throughout the unit, so it's clearly an ongoing issue. Thankfully, Airbnb support witnessed the situation in real time. I strongly recommend booking elsewhere.”

“I've never had to cancel a reservation and I immediately canceled this one. I didnt even make it into the room. There's no security, no employees, nobody to help with anything. As soon as you get there all you see is neglect. Trash everywhere and it STINKS. The entrance way was over flowing with trash and the hallways smelled like a bathroom. The people walking around were either eldery or shady looking. Im 99.9% sure this is low income housing disguised as luxury. As a petite woman I did NOT feel safe staying there at all!! Do NOT let the pictures fool you! This is a scam and Airbnb wont refund you!!”
