“Our experience was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The building was hard to locate and the area felt unsafe. The lobby smelled strongly of urine, and there was even feces smeared on the floor. Things only got worse from there. The host provided the wrong access code, leaving us stranded in the hallway with our luggage for over an hour while unsuccessfully trying to contact them. Airbnb support had to get involved before we could finally enter the unit. Once inside, it was clear the listing was severely misrepresented. The apartment looked nothing like the photos and had obviously not been cleaned before our arrival. There were dirty used linens piled on the beds, dirty towels hanging up, trash throughout the apartment, and insects in the kitchen. We even saw a roach crawl across the den floor. There were bug traps throughout the unit, so it's clearly an ongoing issue. Thankfully, Airbnb support witnessed the situation in real time. I strongly recommend booking elsewhere.”

“I've never had to cancel a reservation and I immediately canceled this one. I didnt even make it into the room. There's no security, no employees, nobody to help with anything. As soon as you get there all you see is neglect. Trash everywhere and it STINKS. The entrance way was over flowing with trash and the hallways smelled like a bathroom. The people walking around were either eldery or shady looking. Im 99.9% sure this is low income housing disguised as luxury. As a petite woman I did NOT feel safe staying there at all!! Do NOT let the pictures fool you! This is a scam and Airbnb wont refund you!!”

“The apartment was in unsanitary conditions. A door was hanging off its hinges, and a chair was in a state of disrepair. The carpet and rug emitted a foul odor and were stained. Consequently, I had to collect my belongings and book a hotel for the night, which was a financial burden.”

“I had a very disappointing experience and would not recommend this property. It was clear immediately upon arrival that it had not been properly cleaned. There was hair inside the microwave, which raised immediate concerns about sanitation. The condition of the unit was unacceptable—there was a leaking ceiling, exposed electrical wires, missing outlet covers, and a loose toilet seat that fell off. These are serious safety and maintenance issues, not minor inconveniences. We stayed for less than 10 minutes before deciding we could not remain in the property. The condition was that concerning. We left immediately and requested a full refund. Cleanliness and safety are the bare minimum expectations for any rental, and this property failed on both. The entire space felt neglected and poorly maintained. I strongly urge the host to address these issues before renting to future guests. Unfortunately, this was not a livable or acceptable stay. We were refunded 100% thankfully.”

“Bare bones apt, mostly clean, but the lobby smell needs to be addressed. Had trouble getting into my room but the person checking me in was pretty responsive tho it took a while to get it right. A few good decisions from being a great stay.”
