“great location on a lake! went swimming and kayaking. house was very roomy and comfortable. had everything we needed for a weekend getaway.”

“Check in was easy. The place was really big enough for the 4 families that went. Really wished the weather was better to enjoy the outside area more. The house was clean. Rooms were pretty large with a bathroom in almost every room. There were couple issues regarding the property. When re arrived we noticed the cold water in the kitchen wasn’t working and the remote was broken from when it was rented previously. There is a number we called and property manager came over to replace the remote and fix the cold water issue. There definitely is an insect issue. There were so many flies in the kitchen. Considering the property is near a lake is somewhat understandable. The brick around the property is falling off everywhere so don’t be alarmed. From what we were told the property owners know this issue. If you plan on cooking bring your own pans. They definitely need replacing. To us some of these issues were minor and the bigger issues were resolved quickly. Will consider possibly renting.”

“Had a great stay at this Lake Anna home. The house was very clean, everything matched the listing, and all of the amenities were accurate and in great condition. The bathrooms and laundry area felt new and were spotless. The massive backyard gave everyone plenty of space to relax and enjoy the property. The pool and hot tub were a great addition, and the fire pit was the cherry on top. The host was also super responsive and accommodating throughout the stay. Would definitely stay here again.”

“We stayed at this house for a nearby wedding and it was exactly what we were looking for. Lots of options for people to crash that may have needed a place to stay thanks to the bunk beds. The king bed was so comfortable and the view was beautiful on the deck! Only two things I’d note were there seemed to be a lot of flies in the kitchen and we had trouble figuring out how to lock the door with the keypad and couldn’t find instructions in the manual or on the app. Overall the flies weren’t an issue for us since we didn’t use the kitchen and we enjoyed our quick stay.”

“My entire family thoroughly enjoyed the house. It just needs a few improvements—such as a path down to the lake—but we really had a great time using the kayaks”
