“Everything went smoothly during our stay at the home.”

“This was the 2nd time we stayed here. This time there were no pool sticks that worked and we had to drove 1 hr to buy some so we can enjoy this amenity. There were no life jackets, and there were wasp everywhere! Wifi went in and out, dirty carpets, dead bugs in corners, dead spiders in the tub, watermelon seeds on the stairs inside. There were also not eight wash tags and towels to host 9 adults and 5 kids. We had to go buy some. Overall I don't think we got our money worth and was highly disappointed this time around. Saddens me to know my heavily no longer wants to come to this house for our yearly getaway.”

“At first, we were really impressed with the property. The home looked nice, and we enjoyed using the grill, kayaks, and canoes, which made for a fun day. Unfortunately, our experience took a turn when we found multiple bed bugs in some of the bed mattresses and bunk bed frame. This was a major cleanliness and safety concern and made us uncomfortable staying at the property. We also experienced quite a bit of miscommunication with the hosts throughout our stay, which made resolving issues more difficult than it should have been. We hope these concerns are addressed so future guests can fully enjoy the property.”
