“We stayed for the month of August and it was amazing! This location was perfect. The beach is steps away. The beach is empty most days. I saw a total of 20 people through the month. The view from the patio was spectacular. Our dogs loved it as well. The neighbors were kind and welcoming. The laundry is outside the bedroom door so easy peasy. Grocery store is 15 minutes. The inside is a beach house and just as expected and described. The kitchen had all the basics. The television is a smart tv with streaming services. I can not rave enough about the beach access! The one caveat is that this is a downstairs apartment and you will hear the folks upstairs. We only had weekend visitors upstairs and they were all lovely. The kayaks are a nice touch. Perfect stay 10 out of 10”

“I hate doing this, because I want to rate this higher because this place has so much potential and it’s a cute little property, but it’s very clear the owner isn't maintaining it. The flooring is broken in several spots and soft underneath indicating a subfloor failure. This was not disclosed. One of the outlets was broken (plastic broken off exposing metal) and another was falling off the wall. It was fixed promptly upon our DM of the electrical issues. The welcome binder was out of date. Light missing on the porch and rusted (almost broken) pub chairs. Porch gate to the side doesn’t line up to lock so it slams open and closed. Property in front has access to the back and it wasn’t disclosed. AC can’t go below 15 degrees lower than outside temp. Bathroom is so tiny you have turn sideways to sit on the toilet. All that said, it’s a lovely beachfront place that could be amazing with some investment. Despite the problems, I'd still stay here again.”

“Unfortunately, I didn’t have the best experience here. When we checked in, we immediately noticed the smell of cat pee. I found multiple sources (including the bath mat) and shared this, but I was told that owners, managers, and contractors were just there and no one else noticed (I could never fully get the smell out of the apartment no matter how much I cleaned). On top of it, the place needed some serious updates. The door frames did not fit the doors, windows were filthy, the washer/dryer didn’t work properly, etc. We pretty much had no other options and had to stay for the entire month.”
