Vacay Away in Mineral, Virginia

“The house was amazing! We had 13 people in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone, and then some! The location was beautiful! It’s inside one of the coves so you don’t have the boat traffic, it’s nice and quiet. We loved the dock!!! There was so much space for everyone to be together. We must have jumped off the second story at least a hundred times! There is a fridge on the dock which is such a nice touch, it was SO hot when we were there and having cold drinks and snacks at the water was great! The kitchen is huge and it’s a nice open concept with the living room. And lots of extra towels which was another really thoughtful touch. We loved our stay so much!!”

“We had a wonderful stay! We booked at the last minute, and the owners were incredibly accommodating, even rushing the cleaning crew so the house would be ready for us. The house was very clean, spacious, and beautiful, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out, relax, and play games together. We loved swimming in the pool, playing billiards, watching movies, and hanging in the boathouse was a favorite—especially having the mini fridge down there! The kitchen was well equipped (the ice maker was a huge bonus), and the views of the lake were gorgeous. We were there during an extreme heat wave, and the air conditioning kept the house perfectly comfortable, which we really appreciated. The location was also very convenient, just a short drive to the grocery store while still feeling like a peaceful lake getaway. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.”
