“House is very old. And is actually for sale. Backyard was more of a hill than depicted i the photos. The water in the inlet was too low to get our boat to the dock, despite being told that we could dock our boat there.”

“The place is great for a group trip. Right on the water is an amazing experience. two issues, one major and one minor. The minor one is the microwave not working in the kitchen. There is one in the basement bur it was a big inconvenience. The major issue was the broken step on the way down to the water. There is a very long, steep staircase from the house to the water. One of the wooden steps is rotted and broken. A member of our group stepped on this step and severely twisted their ankle. It was a tricky walk that became dangerous. Overall a great place that felt like it was never updated for the summer season following the winter”

“The house has potential, but we ran into several issues regarding management and accuracy. Upon arrival at 4:00 PM, the door code did not work and locked us out, requiring a call to management for a new one.The lake dock was not fully functional or accessible for us. The lakeside garage door wouldn't open per instructions, and the narrow walkway was blocked by paddleboards, making it hard to safely secure watercraft.For cleanliness, the bathroom was uncleaned at check-in, there was leftover dog hair, and dog poop was left in three spots in the yard.The property also needs a few updates: bedroom curtains to block the early sun and road traffic headlights, a new refrigerator water filter, and extra cutting boards. Lastly, the advertised beach towels were not provided.”

“Great place to get away as very peaceful. However, the deck needs TLC as no one felt safe leaning on railings. Also, not having main dining light work made doing certain things at night challenging.”
