“We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and in the perfect location, just a short drive to downtown while still secluded enough to have that peaceful mountain getaway feel. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, and everything exceeded our expectations! A couple of helpful notes for future guests: I’d recommend bringing washcloths or a loofah, as none were provided, and the towels did shed a little when drying off. The driveway is also somewhat washed out and was a little tricky in a car, but we made it work just fine during the summer, just be aware it will be a bumpy drive up. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here!”

“This place is so cute! Half of the house is the living room/dining/kitchen. The other half has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, connected by a full bathroom. The hot tub was there and usable, but the weather was too hot for us to use it personally. We made some dinner but definitely be aware there isn’t oil or seasonings, so be sure to bring your own! The shower pressure was great. The beds are VERY squishy. It took us about an hour each day to get to our hike at Shenandoah. We also went to Page Theater which was SO cute and Porch + Vine for a delicious meal and drinks. We brought our dog and kept him on leash as he is a bit reactive. Just wanted to note there are neighbors that have dogs that roam off leash and did make their way onto the airbnb property. We chatted with them to make sure they were aware we had a reactive dog, and they were somewhat understanding but didn’t change their behavior. Luckily there weren’t any problems!”
