“This place is great for multiple couples as it gives each couple privacy if needed with the rooms and bathrooms however is not friendly for young kids (3 and under). Booked this place for the outdoor play set and it was torn down before we got there.”

“Wonderful house just minutes from the lake. A large, well stocked kitchen made our Friday Italian dinner night a success. The location is perfect. Right off 267, made it easy to get into town and back out to Truckee. A definite redo.”

“The host was very nice , responsive and respectful. I love giving good reviews but this Airbnb just wasn’t the best. As we entered the home there was a strong odor that smelt like a nursing home. Somewhat like cigars and pets. There seemed to also be a lot of flying bugs , (fruit flies) especially in the upstairs restroom . Also I recommend maybe thicker toilet paper? It felt like if I was at a motel. The paper was thin as a leaf, maybe more thinner. Other than that the hostess did reach out to me, to see if the stay was okay. I didn’t respond in that matter because I see no point, was just trying to enjoy the time we had. But other than that mainly it was just better cleaning around the house, and also be careful when playing pool one of pocket holders is ripped and the ball falls through and hits the floor.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and in the perfect location, just a short drive to downtown while still secluded enough to have that peaceful mountain getaway feel. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, and everything exceeded our expectations! A couple of helpful notes for future guests: I’d recommend bringing washcloths or a loofah, as none were provided, and the towels did shed a little when drying off. The driveway is also somewhat washed out and was a little tricky in a car, but we made it work just fine during the summer, just be aware it will be a bumpy drive up. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here!”

“The home was perfect for our family vacation and three different families meeting up. Comfortable, clean, and easy to access. There were great smaller Resturants and pubs nearby and easily walkable. Felt safe. Quiet!!! Victor was very responsive with every message. Thank you for allowing us to stay and making it so easy.”
