“Amazing place to stay with the family. Pools / Spa/little private beach. Restaurant downstairs was very good and also has a Starbucks. Marina for boat fuel within a 3 minute ride on the boat. Boat ramp right on site was very convenient. Very clean unit and felt new”

“Left a lot to be desired. On arrival, the first thing my family and I noticed was the smell inside the apartment. It is a joint condo split into two apartments. Divided by a double door and definitely not sound proof and does not feel secure. The inside was beaten up and not maintained, as well as outdated appliances. The furniture inside the apartment was nice, but it was in no way cleaned appropriately. We understood this was a pet friendly listing, but we did not expect there to be pet hair on the beds and furniture that wasn’t from our pet. There was also red stains in the inside of the second bedroom linen. To the point my family member didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in the sheets. The master bed was extremely uncomfortable with a very hard mattress and very flat, overused pillows. Overall, for the amount of money paid for this rental, we are extremely unsatisfied and will not be returning. I’m normally very conservative with my opinions, but our experience was unfortunate.”
