Indoor activities like the pool and game room were a life saver while it rained. The restaurant onsite was really good. We will definitely come back again.”

The kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed to cook with for meals, the beds were comfortable, and the entire home felt cozy yet spacious enough for everyone to enjoy. The location was perfect for a quiet retreat while still being close to everything around Smith Mountain Lake. Communication and check-in were seamless, which made the whole experience stress-free from start to finish. “I love staying at Mariner’s Landing and have been there several times with my family. The communication is always excellent and the room was exactly as described. The area is beautiful and I love walking around the property. Because of the top level experience I’ve had in the past, this time I did have a minor issue. The sound from other guests affected my experience. It definitely is a family friendly area which I love but I could hear guests running up and down the hallway from my room. Again, I will definitely go back but this wasn’t quite the quiet space I needed.”
