“The location was really nice and it was an easy walk to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was comfortable. It was everything I needed for a month stay with my dog.”

“While the house layout was nice and we enjoyed the five-minute walk to the beach, overall, we were pretty disappointed with our stay. This host is a realty group that definitely treated us like a number, rather than valued guests. Our biggest concern was cleanliness. There's no way around it, the floors were not swept. We found significant amounts of human hair in the bathrooms, clothes from previous guests, dead bugs, children's toys and other random junk on the floors and under the furniture. We also had to re-wash nearly all the dishes in the kitchen upon arrival because they were visibly dirty, along with stuck on or burnt food on the pots and pans and silverware. The oven was also not clean. We reached out to the host about these issues as well as others, included photos, and they refused to have the property cleaned if we or our pets were there. We found that to be suspicious and unreasonable. The issues were never resolved. We would not recommend. It is not as nice as it seems..”

“For the money, it wasn’t great. Dog bone and things found under dresser. Roaches were an issue the entire long term stay. Found them in bedroom, living room and bathroom. Wife even woke up with one on her. This is no fault of the host but the neighbors were HORRENDOUS. Screaming, fighting and making threats to one another. Not great. Just not something I would say is worth the price. It’s great in concept and the actual building was amazing but a bit expensive when all factors are taken into consideration. Host was very friendly and responsive though and they let us check in early for an additional fee.”

“The stay was awesome. Huge backyard. There was an unfortunate situation where the hot water heater stopped working on Christmas Eve. We had no hot water for 12 days but we were Compensated for it. We stayed for 6 months and it was a great home away from home.”
