Manager Review

Anchor Realty Group

Anchor Realty Group's guest rating of 4.56 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

Great location - pictures match the actual place - HOWEVER, not ready for a long stay - many things missing: hangers, handwashing soap, basic utensils, dishwashing soap, one toilet paper roll for two full bathrooms rented for a month, etc. Check in was completed an hour and a half later than scheduled. Not clear instructions - pool require code never provided, instruction on how to close front door missing, parking pass information given although there is no need for one… Overall, great potential BUT we cannot recommend it for a long stay until owners/management company makes clear improvements

This was a great space for our group. Plenty of room for everyone.

Overall the house was very nice, a little pricey though, it was very clean. A few comments: we did not receive a complimentary snack bag that was listed, the 2 couches definitely need replaced, very uncomfortable, there was wood placed under the cushions, also there were a few bugs in the house, one dead and one alive.

Great location in a nice home. Quick walk to beach and close to shops and restaurants. My one disappointment was the pool and hot tub were not cared for prior to our check in. And typically I would not complain- but they did not come to clean it for close to 4 days into our 6 day stay.

Location is great. Airbnb itself was slightly below average in terms of cleanliness. Also for some reason my allergies were flaring up either due to dust or pet hair. Overall i think the beach being right across from the Airbnb really made up for it in terms of experience.

My sons and I were happy with the location and the overall set up. There were a few hiccups : The kitchen does not have a dishwasher, and the host did not provide any brush or sponge to wash dishes. The fenced in yard was not fully fenced in., so our dog could not enjoy being leash free in the backyard. However, It is comfortable setup.

Great location! Close to everything in the oceanfront. When I checked in, it was very obvious cleaners do the minimum. Heavy dust on top of most horizontal surfaces including the ceiling fans. Heavy dust under the beds. I reached out to the host. After a couple of back and forth, they sent the cleaner(s) back over. After the “cleaning” was completed, I checked their work. Not sure what the cleaners did, but I had to go through and clean multiple areas, including the ceiling fans. Very unacceptable!! The space was large enough for a single person. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had all utensils, plates, bowls, ect. Living room furniture needs updating. Communication with host was inconsistent. There were a couples incidents when a response to an inquiry took several days. I would give this overall condo/and my experience a 3 out of 5 stars.

Overall, the location of the property is great and very convenient, especially being so close to the boardwalk. However, our experience was not a 5-star stay. The condition of the property could be improved, particularly the cleanliness. The floors were not as clean as expected, and there were no proper cleaning supplies available during our stay. There was also an unusual odor in the lower level, which affected the overall comfort. Additionally, we were later asked to pay for replacing a carpet, which we believe is unfair. Being so close to the beach, some level of sand and normal wear is expected, especially in a small space where it is difficult to avoid. This was not damage, but normal use. In a beach property, it would be more practical to use materials that are easier to maintain rather than carpets. We are experienced Airbnb guests with many stays, and we always respect house rules and take care of the properties we stay in. It was disappointing that concerns raised were not

When we checkede in there was Fecies on the Wall next to the Toilet. The carpet needs to be stretched, because there is wrinkles in the Carpet. It is unsafe for elderly people that could trip on the wrinkles. There is Black mold on the the Shower Curtain in the Hall Bathroom which again is unsafe for our health.
