“Beautiful home and lots of amenities. All the furniture was comfortable and they whole place was very clean and cozy. The whole family loved the kayaks and paddleboard. Got a workout in with all the steps, but it was a great and private location. Would book again!”

“The host company was very fast to respond both before we arrived and when we had minor issues when there. The house was spacious and the ac worked great. We loved the views of the lake, the steps down to it from the house were in good shape, though coming back up the steep hill is not so easy for older people! We appreciated the amenities at the dock, it was unfortunate that the lake water level was several feet lower than normal so some of us could not access the lower dock by the steps provided and had to clamber over the rocks each day. Beds were not as described but better with a king room, 2 queen rooms and a room with twin beds. Cleaning could have been more thorough but not worth a complaint. Overall a lovely property and we all enjoyed our vacation.”

“The house was perfect for our family. It was nice to have 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 more downstairs with a second living room. The deck had a beautiful view of the lake and plenty of chairs for everyone. It was nice to be on the quieter part of the lake so there wasn’t a lot of boat traffic and it was easy for us to do our own water sports. The owner was very quick to answer my questions while we were packing. We would definitely stay there again.”

“We had a fabulous time celebrating our VT graduate at this awesome Beautiful house and property! It was the perfect place to gather with family, celebrate, and relax!”

“This house looks great at first glance, plenty of space and a nice dock, but our experience quickly soured. First, they have 5 bedrooms but complain if you have more than 6 ppl.The mattresses are rock-hard and incredibly uncomfortable, to the point where sleeping in the beds was nearly impossible. The upstairs AC unit drips onto one of the beds which made things even worse. Given that it should come as no surprise that we had to find alternative places to sleep, which they then complained that we were sleeping on the couch.On top of that, we were shocked to discover at checkout that guests are expected to load all of their trash into their cars and drive it to a waste site 10 minutes away, even after placing it in the outdoor bins provided. The worst part came after our stay: we were falsely charged for “damages” we absolutely did not cause. Between the uncomfortable sleeping situation, misleading checkout rules, and unfair post-stay accusations, this rental was a huge disappointment”
