“This was a mixed stay. Positives: the unit is pet-friendly, clean, modern, spacious, and located in a safe Falls Church neighborhood close to Washington, DC, with plenty of street parking. However, there were several issues. The upstairs residents (adults, child, and dog) were very loud, with constant stomping, scratching, and barking. The rear entrance has no sidewalk or lighting, which became muddy and difficult to navigate in the rain, especially at night. The “kitchenette” is misleading — it is only a rolling cart with a microwave, coffee maker, air fryer, hot water pot, and compact fridge. There is no sink, countertop, or cabinets. Kitchen supplies were minimal and only sufficient for one person. The ceilings are very low, and there is an awkward step next to the bed leading to the bathroom that feels like a trip hazard at night. Several listed amenities were also missing, including extra blankets/pillows, hangers, iron, hairdryer, wine glasses, and the advertised lockbox.”
