“The noise from the units upstairs was awful; my children were kept up at night, terrified of the noise and as such-do were we. Hosts communicated only regarding point of sale and booking; but were completely non-responsive regarding inquiries on local area (booking the private gym) and safety. (Four holes drilled into exterior of the door).”
