“Cedar Gables is a charming, quirky house that was just perfect for our multigenerational family vacation. We loved the pool, caught crabs from the dock, and ate all our meals on the screened in porch. So many fun hang-out spaces in the game room with the pool table, the back deck with the convertible picnic table, or the family room with the beautiful view. The beds were very comfortable and it was great having so many bathrooms. The kitchen is SO WELL EQUIPPED! Everything you could want from air fryers to crockpots, lots of dishes and flatware, a pantry to store out things, plus it was super organized and easy to find everything. The view overlooking the channel was lovely. The sunrises and a full moon made it magical. Great house for a large family. Highly recommend!”

“We had a wonderful stay at Cedar Gables. It was a great place for our group of 4 couples. Each couple had a private room and bath, however there were many comfortable areas in the house in which to relax together. It was clean and beautifully decorated for the fall season. Sherry was a responsive host.”

The photos honestly reflect the aesthetics - while it’s not new and glamorous, the charm and location and the amenities like the pool, dock/pier, decks and soooo much space make it a 10/10.”

“Super host very responsive, small issue with air conditioning was rapidly repaired. Thank you! The home has everything you could need. I brought some items that I didn’t need. It has multiple tvs, piano, pool table… It has a full bar (glassware etec…not liquor)with fridge and ice maker. Full of small appliances, toaster ovens, air fryer, crock pots, all types of cookware, utensils, dishes, coffee pots (drip and keureg)… pool and hot tub were clean and ready to use. Pool not heated (which was listed as not heated) so I expected it to be cold. That didn’t stop the four braveheart 20 somethings from going for a swim. I enjoyed my stay. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that some areas of the home are showing a little need for attention ….bathroom counters (tile) cracking, handles removed from most windows (which may be for tenants safety…I don’t know)…nice property…just a little more TLC would make it a great property.”
