“We had a good overall stay while in town for a youth bass fishing tournament. Our group included one family of three, another family of two, and two dogs, so having a spacious home with plenty of sleeping options worked really well for us. The kitchen had most of the necessities we needed for the weekend, and we appreciated that the property was pet-friendly. A gate was provided for the stairs, which was a thoughtful touch. It wasn’t quite large enough for the space, but we had brought our own, so that worked out well. The living room furniture could be a little more comfortable and offer some additional seating, although we understand the furniture choices are likely practical given that pets are allowed. The driveway is gravel with a bit of an incline. It was manageable, but having our boat made getting in and out a little more challenging. Because of the rain during our stay, the additional parking areas became quite muddy, which made parking and maneuvering the boat more diff”

“We had a great stay. The house was spacious and felt private, the dock was great, and all the games and activities were exactly what we wanted.”

“We loved our time spent here! The screened-in porch was a peaceful spot to read while listening to the rain. And the dock was a great play space once the sun came out! We went swimming and fished! The house has so many games and activities for the whole family! A great vinyl collection, too! This was a perfect place to have the family gather and spend time! One thing to note - Parking can be tricky with multiple cars. Maneuvering cars in and out can be difficult. You need to be sure to stay on the driveway no matter what and back out of the driveway onto the road, NOT into the small grassy area!”

“This house was exactly what we were looking for. Enough room to accommodate our family, private, lakefront, and the perfect dock for fishing and relaxation. It was nice that the teenagers had their own space in the basement. The only complaint we had was the beds were not comfortable. The mattresses should be replaced. Other than that we appreciated the opportunity to stay and hope to return next year!”
