“There were a few features that weren’t available that I can understand from a liability perspective, specifically the indoor fireplace and gas system and the electronics in the sofas for the recliners. That’s the only negative that I really have to speak of, which I think reflects great on the host, who is highly amiable, approachable, and proactive in reaching out to ensure everything is going well without being overbearing, the perfect balance. The highlighted promised features, such as the hot tub, which was spotless btw, and the lakeside dock were awesome! Excellent spot to just go outside and spend some time on the dock or looking out to the lake! Fishing is available, but I’d more so look at this place as a forward fishing base rather than a fishing destination due to some of the lake traffic. This place is very close to many lakeside attractions and easily a place I’d recommend this place to my peers.”

“This vacation rental was perfect for our family. We loved the amazing view! We enjoyed the outdoor spaces. It had very nice seating on the deck and a great fire pit that we enjoyed. We also loved the community tennis courts and pool. Great neighborhood. We saw tons of deer! Overall, a great house! Would love to come again!”

“Great location and views! Close to stores and restaurants. The deck, dock, and pool are great amenities and added enjoyment to our stay. The information provided was accurate and we would stay here again. Our group consensus is the property could use some TLC. The lower level accommodations are less than desirable. We did not use the hot tub during our stay since it was 100 degrees outside. If you have young children this home may not be the best layout due to the open staircase.”

“Beautiful house and location. We enjoyed the views of the lake and watching the boats. This was one of our top rentals we have stayed at. Both levels of the house outside were covered which was nice in case of bad weather. James was very communicative. We hope to make another trip back sometime.”
