“The townhome looked very nice in the pictures and the location was perfect. I just don’t think the property is managed well. The keypad did not work to get into the house. The toilet seats were loose and some lightbulbs were burnt out. At the end of our trip, the garage door fell off its track and it just wouldn’t close. No one on the management team was able to come out and fix it while we were staying there. We slept overnight with the garage door open. I felt uncomfortable sleeping in this air bnb in which I could not secure the doors while my three small children slept upstairs. It was really a disaster for our family. The air bnb and management company were extremely unhelpful in solving my safety concern while we were staying there. I wouldn’t stay here again because of all the issues.”

“The home was beautiful and spacious! It had everything we needed and then some. There was a playground within walking distance, which was perfect for the kids. There are restaurants and shopping (outlets) nearby and an easy drive into DC.”
