“The place was a good size for our family weekend trip. But when we arrived , we had just drove 6 hours from out of town and our babies and young children were ready to go to bed but we had to wait outside for 3 hours bc the key kiosk wasn’t even working and then when it did work the key wasn’t in there. Then one of the toilets wasn’t flushing we had to manually fill the back with water the whole time. After standing outside dealing with the key situation they didn’t offer us anything for the inconvenience smh.”

“Great location, but the parking experience and host response were disappointing. I communicated with the host during check-in, including where I parked, and was never warned I could be towed immediately. Signs also indicated up to 4-hour parking. The parking pass was inside the unit, so I went upstairs, paid for parking, retrieved it, and returned within about 15 minutes—my car had already been towed. The tow cost about $300, including towing company fees. The host offered no assistance or compensation, stating it wasn’t their problem, while still requiring $20/night for parking. Before arriving, I also requested an early departure through Airbnb, but the host declined the adjustment, including unused parking days. The host was helpful returning items I left behind, which I appreciated. Overall, great location, but clearer parking instructions, flexibility, and better guest support were needed.”

“Our experience was disappointing, mainly because of poor communication from the hosts and several issues with the building. Daniel and Sofia were unresponsive throughout our stay. Even after I explained that I was pregnant, they did not provide timely assistance. I spent more than 30 minutes walking around the building trying to find where to pick up the keys because the instructions were unclear. To make matters worse, the elevator was out of service, and instead of answering my questions, they kept sending videos that were unrelated to what I was asking. I also contacted them about the pool hours because the information we received from the building staff was different from what was provided in the listing. I asked them to verify the schedule, but they never responded. There was only one remote control for two TVs, the elevator that provided direct access to our unit was never repaired during our entire stay, and we had to walk a long distance every day just to reach the apartment,”
