“Jay has a great location right off Eisenhower and only a 10 min walk to Whole Foods. The 2 bedroom unit was spacious. Communication was an issue with Jay and it seemed that in the check-in package, penalties and fines took precedent over making us feel welcome and giving suggestions for the area. I think the place has potential but a little more TLC is needed. The shower heads are old and had questionable water coming out. It was also clearly clogged so sprayed sporadically. The shower curtains were too small for the shower. The beds were a bit uncomfortable. Once again though great location and the unit was clean. Not sure I would book again unless some changes happened.”

“Nice and cozy place! Clean and easy to access. Location is convenient to MD and DC. Street parking is available for free at night but during day it’s a few dollars. Pots and utensils available. No complaints”

“Booked this one quickly and should have looked at the reviews. The apt is a bit in disrepair, and the sheet had a gross stain on it, floors were sticky etc. In general it was okay but I would never stay there again on purpose. Host was responsive but I didn’t offer new clean sheets”
