Overall didn't have any issues. Good location 30min from Killington. Instructions to get inside were clear. It wasn't obvious to me if there was salt that we could have used on the driveway and entrance, but that would have been nice.

Our only worry was the long driveway and the snow. A plow came through many times during the weekend which was perfect!

ABSOLUTE DISASTER. upon getting in very late at night and being a single adult with five children, I discovered that the house had not been cleaned. All of the bedding was ripped off the bed and piles on the floor. The bathrooms and kitchen were dirty. We had no choice but to sleep in dirty beds because it was too late to do anything else. The management company was responsive, but only the next morning. However, I requested a refund for the one night that was terrible and was only given a token amount with no explanation. There are other issues with this place. After a lot of back-and-forth, the management company told me guests are expected to bring their own coffee filters. They do not tell you what size or anything like that to pay thousands of dollars for a weekend for a place and for the house to provide filters is ridiculous. The stove was full of ashes, and there were no clear instructions where to dump the ashes after they cooled in a bucket for a couple days.

We spent part of our family holiday (6 adults and 6 children) and fit perfectly well in sleeping and activity spaces. The home was warm and comfortable with adequate seating with a slight rearrangement. Three full baths were ample for our family. The kitchen was adequate for simple cooking though glad I brought my own knives. There is a second refrigerator in the game room that we didn’t need. We had snow during our stay and the driveway was plowed, sanded and graveled. While it felt sparse on entrance, it was perfect once filled with family.
