“The location is beautiful. The nature is incredible. The entry instructions were accurate and easy to follow. Second key was not available and not where noted. Floor was damp when we came and there was a fan blowing as if to air out/dry floor. There was an accompanying damp smell. Overall, would recommend, but cleaners need to do a better job.”

“Great spot and location! Not a ton of natural light in the apartment, but spacious, super comfortable and really cozy. The laundry machines on property are $1 for detergent and then $2 for a wash cycle and $2 for a dry cycle. The gym and pool house is nothing special, but nice to have close by. Host wasn’t very responsive, but was clear with important information.”

“The house is beautiful, very spacious, peaceful, and has so much potential. It just needs a few things to make it truly 5-star. Cleaning: Unfortunately, the house was very dusty and full of flies when we arrived. I brought my own maid with me, so she basically had to vacuum the entire house and kill what felt like 10,000 flies. A thorough deep cleaning before guests arrive would make a huge difference and would be the perfect scenario. Mold and humidity: The basement is absolutely stunning, but unfortunately, the strong smell of mold and humidity makes it very difficult to enjoy the space. This is something that really needs to be addressed, especially for guests with allergies or respiratory sensitivities. Proper treatment of the mold and humidity would make the basement much more comfortable and enjoyable. With a thorough deep cleaning, blinds in the upstairs bedroom, fixing broken dryer, fumigation and attention to humidity and mold issue, it could easily be a 5-star experience.”

“Pros: Very clean! The kitchen was well stocked. Beautiful location. Responsive host! Cons: Many stairs from the parking lot. I guess we were unaware. My husband had recent back surgery and this was a bit of a challenge loading and unloading. We were well aware of the water situation and appreciated the information. When we arrived the water cooler was empty and had to be carried from the hallway. Not a problem for most, but it was for us. The biggest thing that we found to be a negative was the constant reminders of charges we would incurr if things were broken or found in poor condition. This was found on signs in the condo and numerous reminders from the host. We are 4 responsible adults and have rented airbnbs all over the world. We have never found this in other airbnbs.”

“The house was in a great location, the road traffic can be noisy. We brought a sound machine and it helped. The house was clean, but had a distinct "old motel" smell. You could smell it even before you entered. Our bags collected the smell, including a bag of pretzels that we ate on the way home. The house could use some basic spices, dish towels, and cleaners left out. A few outdoor chairs would be nice too. For a short stay, not cooking in, it was fine. We'd stay again bevause of the location.”
