“We expected the place to be a little nicer for the price. Broken blinds on the door, no fan in the bathroom, and hot water was a user game to figure out…I’m guessing if other units were showering it caused us to have no hot water? We were able to get showers in if we waited it out. The threshold between flooring was taped down. Also the fireplace doors were not secure and we often smelled smoke from what I assume were other units enjoying their fireplaces. Overall loved the location but expected a little more.”

“It was a good experience. We either did not read or were not told that you only get one bath towel per person. That was frustrating when you are there for five days. The master bedroom didn't have a dresser, a TV or its own bathroom. The kids' room had them all, as if they swapped the master for the kid's room. That was frustrating having to use my suitcase for all of my clothes. The unit only had enough supplies for one night using the fireplace. Not a big deal, but it should be equipped with supplies for the length of your stay. The kitchen was fully equipped. We would use the company again for sure. Not sure about that particular room again but overall it was good. I am not complaining, just stating the facts. We had a nice time and the company was very quick to help with messaging questions.”
