The Killington Group

“The two bed and two bath condo was furnished nicely and comfortably. Many appliances and amenities were brand new. We were especially happy to have the drinking water dispenser and washer/dryer in the unit. You can walk or shuttle to Killington lodges and lifts. Instructions were quick, clear, and when we called Killington Group two times, someone always answered to help us.”

“The location is amazing for access to Bear Mountain. Plenty of amenities are included with the stay. The condo itself was dated with haphazard repairs. While it was tidy, it was not truly clean. Clearly no one moves the furniture when vacuuming. Besides that it had everything you need and the location was perfect.”

“Great place and can’t beat the location. Only thing to note is that the top floor bedroom has shutters over the main living room so not really private and whole house needs to go to bed at the same time. But great find for our ski trip!”

“The condo was really great. Beds were comfortable. The fireplace was a nice touch. We did not cook much, but the kitchen seemed well appointed if we had wanted to. Really convenient to the slopes. We walked the first day; shuttle stop nearby also available. The only glitch was checking in and responsiveness through Airbnb. I had to find the rental company’s phone number from the web and call them to get check in information.”

“Great place to stay! Did a weekend ski trip with friends, and the apartment was great having multiple rooms, a pullout bed in its own alcove, and a large enough space to hang out on the couch/table/kitchen. Would highly recommend going to the sauna / spa - staff was friendly, place was nicely updated and it was an unexpected great plus to the trip. Check-in/ check-out was easy, and the killington group was accommodating throughout our stay.”

“Great location close to skiing and a cozy condo for 2 people. I would not stay in this unit again. The mattress is terribly uncomfortable and noticed a sweat stain on one of the pillows. We had extras so I just didn’t use that one pillow. There is no place in the bathroom for toiletries. If you want a very basic condo it was fine.”

“The apartment itself is clean, well-located, and comfortable for a ski trip. However, our experience was overshadowed by a complete failure in communication and unprofessional behavior from the host. On our first night, we were left stranded at midnight because the host failed to provide entry codes via the Airbnb platform or email. Although they claimed to have sent a text to my international number, no effort was made to use the primary communication channels (Airbnb messages or the email on my profile). With the host unreachable, we were forced to book a last-minute hotel at 2AM. Additionally, what was most concerning was the interaction the following morning. When we finally reached the host, Max, he was EXTREMELLY rude and patronizing. He was verbally abusive over the phone, using the F-word and treating us like idiots. While the physical space is nice, the risk of being locked out and the host’s hostile behavior make it impossible to recommend this stay.”

“Hard to say positive things when phone calls and emails were not responded to during our stay. Broken toilet, ineffective dryer and clogged bathroom sink should not be the guest’s issue to resolve at the price paid”
