“We were moving to the area and needed a full month stay. The price seemed aligned with other similar locations. But once in it felt high: The listing didn’t mention that there are no in unit W/D - that was inconvenient and o A/C. The unit was hot all the time, luckily the weather was cooler most of the time we were there so could open windows on most days. Upon arrival there were dirty towels in the bathroom, crumbs on the counters and very few towels. Ants were everywhere. Even after requesting a thorough cleaning, there were still dirty towels left from precious renter and food (Cheerios) on the living room floor - so not very well cleaned a 2nd time either. The ant problem persisted so I thoroughly cleaned and kept the place clean during my stay, put our some natural ant repellents - peppermint Bronners + alcohol did the trick. Kitchen is equipped minimally. One skillet, One pot, no nonstick.”
