“So much potential. We were one of the first groups to stay here, so clearly some kinks to work out. The house is beautiful, and so is the lot. Unfortunately, it appeared no one had been there to clean for a very long time. There were dead flies everywhere and a coating of dust on everything, including the towels. We had to vacuum and clean the house ourselves upon arrival. We then started to notice the ladybugs. There was an infestation. We removed at least 40-50 of them, and they kept reappearing. The water our first day there had the worst rotten egg smell to it. it was unbearable to the point we considered getting a hotel and leaving. Someone should run the water before guests arrive to avoid this. The last issue which was the worst and least excusable was the battery in one of the smoke detectors died right after we put the kids down our first night there. My wife and I were kept up all night by the beeping. I had to replaced the battery and reset the system myself in the morning.”

“This listing was a godsend! We had booked another listing for the week, but it was unacceptable, so after speaking with support and a night in a hotel, we were able to book here on short notice, and they still got setup in time to offer us early check-in! The home was a very cute and clean rustic setup with plenty of room, and the management group was in constant communication. We had 1 small hickup with the Internet, but they fixed it pretty quickly. Very responsive. Would 100% book again if in the area again in the future.”
