“PROs: This was a great unit for our 3-generation family getaway with guests ranging from 1 to 76 years. 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, well-stocked kitchen and all the amenities of Smugglers Notch Resort (extra charges to ski and swim, but we expected that). The Pack n Play crib and kids books were a plus. We’d love to stay again. CONs: (1)No internet unless we paid extra. This was an expensive stay, and being nickeled and dimed was annoying. In 2024 free WiFi should be a given. (2) For a party of 8+ bath towels were insufficient nor were there enough chairs for the dining table. One of the beds had only one sheet. (3) Communication not optimal: a rental agreement needing signatures was emailed on the day of check-in (nowhere had there been info that a rental agreement was required). We had just gone through a Nor’easter, no power, no internet, so getting the agreement signed at the last minute was tricky. And, communicating was difficult during the stay because of lack of WiFi.”

“There were not two sets of double beds which really threw off our plans. I had to make a bed out of sheets on the floor to make it work with our group of 7. The check in process also was very confusing. We had no contact with the actual owners of the property, just emails and texts from red awning. The location is a condo on the smugglers notch resort property. You’ll receive an email that you need to check in curbside side or at guest registration but there is actually no need to do so, which I quickly found out after going to guest registration. That said they were able to direct me to the condo because the map directions in the listing were close but also inaccurate.”
