“I like the layout out and the overall character of a the home for a Vermont cabin. There was ample parking enought space to host and in the summer it wasn’t too hot despite not having any ac in the home. It has all the amenities listed like the pond, hot tub, and the fireplaces. The only thing is the pond is not swimmable as there are some frogs and lizards and other creatures in the water. The hot tub was crystal clear and clean for our arrival. I I did however have a couple issues throught the stay. When we first came in there were ants all over the kitchen and cabinets as well as a mice droppings in a couple of cabinets. These were reported and the exterminator had came a couple days later he wasn’t friendly either. He said “one more night what’s the problem”. It wasn’t til then I was informed there was a previous infestation less than a month ago. With that the local support was hard to reach”

“This place is beautiful scenic wise. But the ants were infested. All over the kitchen, on couches, beds, floors. Heat was so unbearable we slept in basement in the cool dark area. The stains on the linens, the bathroom curtains. It just was not very "clean" and the ant issue needs addressed.”

“Had a great time. Met the neighborhood bear. Great views. There were quite a few ants we dealt with but overall it was a good experience.”
