“First of all the location is perfect for a family gathering. A great spot, directly next to the water park pool. The management company was quick to reply to my two main concerns when we showed up but they never resolved our 2 issues we had with the house. (The weird smell and the painfully slow internet). The house could use some updates and new carpet and rugs. But you can’t be the location”

“Parking is very limited. The place needs some fixing up. When we arrived the glass front door severely cracked. There are bleach stains on the carpet. The drywall/paint have some water damage in the front room. The outdoor furniture on the upper balcony is very torn and tattered. They want you use a 3rd party portal for some of the check-in info. The info on the airbnb is not correct (WiFi info is bad)”
