“The house is beautiful, nicely decorated, and in a convenient location. However, the park city vacation management company should be avoided. We had two big issues during our stay. First we were not given the correct code to the pool/hot tub/clubhouse area. We called each day asking for a code and each day we were told they would try and get the code. We never received the code. Amenities are a big reason to select a property and we were never able to use them. Secondly we requested a late checkout. I figured this could be honored since we never got to use the amenities. We were told to ask for a late checkout the day before departure. We did so and were granted a late checkout. This was not communicated to the housekeeping team. They came to clean and we had to scramble to leave before our checkout time. In summary, this is a wonder property, however, it should be avoided due to a poor management company.”

“Great location!! Easy to get to the ski slopes. Quick drive to shopping and restaurants. Condo was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.”
