Park City Vacations
4.63Visit website
Park City Vacations's guest rating of 4.63 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“We had a great stay! The place was perfect: comfortable, well supplied, great location. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub also.”airbnb

“My family had an amazing time! Our accommodations were beyond expectation. Spotless and inviting. Every detail was well thought out and then some. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were well stocked with amenities. Finally, the location was perfect. We would come back again for sure! Heidi”airbnb

“A great house. Close to UOP which suited us for the week. Good food and shopping in walking distance.”airbnb

“Place is dated but as described. It's a great location, across the street from the chairlifts, but as it's right next to a road, there is traffic noise, especially in the living room/sleeper sofa area. Also, be aware that you will be dealing with a remote corporate service team, which we had to do because there were 2 issues with the hot tub: * First, we were given the wrong code to the hot tub gate. When we emailed, the hosts said they had contacted the "local team" and also gave us their number. No one called us, so we had to call them. Fortunately, the people at that number had the correct code, but we had to do the work to correct their error. * Second, we discovered that only a couple of the hot tub's jets worked; plus, the timer gave out after a few minutes and couldn't be reset. When we complained about this, we were told again that the "local team" had been contacted and someone would be in touch, but we never heard back.”airbnb

“Location of the place was great, but the host interactions were poor. They acted like a big conglomerate that was too busy to handle each individual property. Each message was responded with thanks but we will pass it on the local team with no follow up whatsoever. When I provided feedback to them post stay, I was told that they were sorry if the response didn’t meet expectations. I explained that being that responses weren’t provided during my 3 night stay, I find it hardly acceptable to respond to me post stay. Huge stains around the house, dishwasher was still dirty and uncleaned, and mentioned to the host that drawers and panels in the kids bathroom were broken and fell off on my kids where the paneling was stripped with exposed screws and obviously not fixed and left behind. Again, when I messaged the host, nothing was acknowledged or replied. Very poor property management company. I stay at many high end Airbnbs and this was the first poor “luxury” described property.”airbnb

“Great condo for a ski weekend. It has an elevator which is nice and also has hair dryers in the bathroom. There are great restaurants within walking distance, it’s a short cab ride to Main Street or a short drive to the ski slopes. This condo sits above the parking garage so you do hear the garage door opening & closing. The kitchen is fully stocked which is a nice touch!”airbnb

“Great unit that was nice and clean but the management team was quite unhelpful! We reserved a parking permit for the lot ahead of time but when we got there, there were no parking spots available. Parking was a struggle throughout the entire stay. There clearly aren’t enough spots in the small lot for all the units. Be careful if you’re renting a car.”airbnb

“The house is beautiful, nicely decorated, and in a convenient location. However, the park city vacation management company should be avoided. We had two big issues during our stay. First we were not given the correct code to the pool/hot tub/clubhouse area. We called each day asking for a code and each day we were told they would try and get the code. We never received the code. Amenities are a big reason to select a property and we were never able to use them. Secondly we requested a late checkout. I figured this could be honored since we never got to use the amenities. We were told to ask for a late checkout the day before departure. We did so and were granted a late checkout. This was not communicated to the housekeeping team. They came to clean and we had to scramble to leave before our checkout time. In summary, this is a wonder property, however, it should be avoided due to a poor management company.”airbnb
