“The property itself was fine, there is a tenant that lives on the backside of the property, and there is traffic in the driveway, but the management company’s communication was excessive and annoying. I received numerous text messages repeatedly emphasizing the check-in and check-out times, along with warnings about charges of $100 per hour or potentially a half-day rate for arriving early or departing late. This was easily one of the most annoying management experiences I’ve encountered simply because of the volume and tone of the automated communication. While I had no issue with the property itself, I would likely avoid properties managed by this company in the future.”

“Was a beautiful property with great a great view and privacy! A little hard to see in the listing but it doesn't have AC. This wouldn't be a problem in the winter since they do have heating, it was just our experience during the summer. It really is an amazing property was nice to stay at besides that and definitely worth the price!”

“This is a very beautiful home on a very beautiful piece of property. Property had serious maintenance & communication problems that overshadowed a beautiful setting. The toilet broke on arrival & stayed broken for my stay, needing 2 repair visits, water left off after the first “fix,” & it still wasn’t working right after the 2nd. The toilet was never fixed. Communication was frustrating. I messaged through the app Friday with no response for 24+ hours, called the listed number twice Friday night w no answer, & when I finally reached someone Saturday morning, the tone was dismissive & mocking. Comms ended with host after 2nd day, unresponsive. Keypad didn’t lock, master screen door broken, the shower only partially worked, & no fire pit key. Host promised fans & never brought them. Listing shows elaborate coffee makers, but no coffee provided until I asked, no olive oil or staples either in a “fully equipped” kitchen. Outdoor cushions dirty w old bird poop.”

“Such a beautiful private property, spent most of the time out on the back patio, enjoying the summer weather. The house was clean, decorated, and very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great.”
