“Ac does not work, it was loud but doesn’t cool. This is a managed property and no one will solve issues after their working hours. Requested a fan that was said will be delivered but was not. Did not receive check in instructions. I would not expect to have to do a 30 min call while on vacation just to get instructions. The unit also doesn’t have an iron box which is a basic amenity for travellers. They could not provide one upon request either. Would not recommend unless issues are taken care of.”

“Beautiful home with lot's of amenities and felt at home immediately. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars was due to three things. First, the queen beds were actually more like double beds. They were smaller than expected. However, they did have pull out beds underneath each of them. Second, wasn't made fully aware of the parking situation until a few days before when I received initial information for check-in. In choosing the property it appeared we could park four cars, two in the drive-way and two in the garage, but instruction said only three were allowed. I called to clarify ahead of time and the person that took my call at Park City Rental was not helpful at all. Called HOA after our stay and they said these rules only apply during the winter months - three cars and no parking on the street. Lastly, while the home was very nice, we didn't feel like we got what we paid for. Similar homes close by were available at a lower price. Shuffleboard and hot tub not worth extra cost.”

“The day of check-in for a house rental with work colleagues , they informed me that the four bedroom four bath home that I selected months in advance, did not have any heat and it was in the 20s overnight. That obviously was not going to work. They offered to change our location, however it was a three bedroom three bath, and we had four work colleagues so that made it extremely uncomfortable. One of the bedrooms was a kids bunkbed so that was even worse. We didn’t have much option as I needed to keep in the neighborhood so we had to make it work, but they charged us more money and I asked for a consideration since it wasn’t an equivalent change and I have not heard back after multiple requests. I would not rent from this company again because I paid for a four bedroom four bath home and no accommodation was given for the inconvenience and having work colleagues sleep in a bunkbed was unacceptable..”

“The place is cozy and clean, well equiped overall. Nevertheless, the internet never worked. Therefore TV, laptop or others were unable to be used. I reported - they never responded. Also, the ski locker never worked. For that price you would expect more attention...”

“The place was great, just 2 drawbacks, the response time is not great, a minimum of 4 hours is not conducive to a stay, and the parking being only 7 feet is not great for a large vehicle”
