Vacasa in St. George, Utah

“Overall, we had a good stay. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and felt very safe. The home was comfortable, but there were a few issues. The shower liner was dirty, and the shower drained very slowly. We reported it the next morning and were asked to try a few fixes ourselves, but none worked. We were told property management would follow up, but we never heard back. Some of the silverware was rusty, and the vacuum was missing the top half, making it unusable. We ended up cleaning with a lint roller instead. We also weren’t told about the clubhouse amenities, so we missed out on activities that would have enhanced our stay. Lastly, the listing mentioned a washer and dryer but didn’t explain where they were located. When I asked, I was sent a layout that didn’t show them. We didn’t find them until the morning we were leaving. With better communication and maintenance, this could easily be a five-star stay.”

“We absolutely loved staying at this place. It was cozy, clean and just made us feel at home. Having two separate rooms allowed us to rest peacefully while our daughter rested too. The living room tv and tv’s in the rooms were relaxing , and I absolutely loved the balcony. Towels were great, beds comfy, and overall just a phenomenal stay. We definitely would come back again!”
