“Pros: lots of room (especially bedrooms!) for a big party or family reunion (what we enjoyed)! Quiet and relaxing location Access to pools was awesome! Cons: it’s been pretty well used and abused and the wear and tear was very noticeable: from clogs in multiple sinks and showers, stains all over the carpets and furniture to blood stains on pillows and sheets. That, and black mold we found on multiple utensils made me very hesitant to put my baby down anywhere in the house other than on a clean towel. (There was also no broom or vacuum supplied to clean up, nor working soap dispensers in most bathrooms or the kitchen.) That being said, the hosts were very responsive when I reached out, but there wasn’t anything they were able to fix during our stay other than the clogs. We did have a great time in Utah, and loved the neighborhood, but I’d book a different unit in the future.”

“The place is not well maintained. There is ants everywhere, on the floor, counters, furniture, bedrooms and even in some beds. They said it was due to the construction, but we asked the neighbor next to us and they had no ants. We had to go buy ant killer, because it was so bad. The ac wasn’t working very well and we noticed how dirty the filters were, so we cleaned them and then it worked great. Some sheets were dirty and towels were crunchy like that hadn’t been washed. The pool passes to the place close by were expired by months. The carpet is disgusting and doesn’t look like it has been vacuumed and has stains everywhere. It could be a great place, but is not maintained or cleaned well.”

“Great for a large family- having three rooms with connected bathrooms and king size beds was perfect, and the kids loved the bunk rooms! It was close to the pool, not super far from the freeway, and we didn't have any trouble parking.”

“Parking is very limited. The place needs some fixing up. When we arrived the glass front door severely cracked. There are bleach stains on the carpet. The drywall/paint have some water damage in the front room. The outdoor furniture on the upper balcony is very torn and tattered. They want you use a 3rd party portal for some of the check-in info. The info on the airbnb is not correct (WiFi info is bad)”
