“I've stayed at three of the condos in this area, some multiple times. My guest and I played volleyball at the Huntsmans Senior Games for 9 days this time. My guest was looking for the best price, so I chose the Las Palmas condos. It saved about 10-20% over the others I looked at. These condos are more than 20 years old and the maintenance in some areas is lacking, especially the exterior. Our rental had some work done at it over the years, like glass in porch and new appliances. The carpet is dated and there is basic furniture, nothing fancy. No dressers in the bedrooms. Based on price I would stay here again. If it was just me or my spouse, I would look for something that was fancier and of course more expensive. Parking was easy, plenty of spaces. There is a pool and club house in the complex that requires a pass. The indoor pool and spas were adequate, but there are areas that need maintenance. I'm running out of available characters.”

“Small but fine for a couple. This unit is close to the parking lot so that's helpful. The bathroom is small and rather old. The linens were clean but they use fabric softener on the kitchen towels so they don't soak up anything. I feel like we wasted a lot of paper towels because the kitchen sink is not very deep and it splashes a lot. We appreciated having a toaster available and the large refrigerator is good.”

“e liked the location, that’s all. Everything was old and outdated. It was rundown and not well maintained. We went to get in bed, took down sheets- dirty. We took off the sheets to replace them. Sheets left in closet did not fit. The mattress pad was covered in bodily stains, including blood. Ended up sleeping on top of the comforter with a blanket that had food on it. The bed creaked every time you moved. Management said they would move us to a new unit, then responded with returning the cleaning fee instead. Towels were very old and worn. The body wash container was empty. The batteries were missing in the TV remotes resulting in not being able to watch TV. No consideration given to detail. Total upgrade is needed- fixtures were wobbly, rugs in bathroom stained. Las Palmas amenities are nice, however choose another unit when considering Las Palmas. We could never recommend this unit.”

“Kids loved pools, well stocked kitchen for cooking, comfortable couches….great price for what you get. The reason I only did 3 star was because kitchen sink backed up night before checkout. After hours phone number only takes a message. It was difficult to clean kitchen and do all dishes without working sink but we managed and they did message me next day ensuring they’d unclog sinks and spray for pests as we did kill a bug which looked like a cockroach in bathroom morning of checkout. We really enjoyed stay up until last day and they were nice when responding back…doubt sink issues are something anyone else will experience. Overlooking the pool and shady porch was really enjoyable - kids especially enjoyed pools and going exploring each day!”

“We enjoyed staying with our kids in this quiet spot with views of the pool with a waterfall. Communication was excellent and the space was nice for our needs. The place is pretty clean but there were some things in the unit could use some attention and in some cases, replacing. Overall though, it's a good spot to stay for a reasonable price!”
